# 课题组采集方法（活的方法件）
> 这份是**方法论**，不是某一校的报告。任务书从这里引用，**不要再各写一套**。
> 立此件的起因：用户指出「做事情不可能依次去枚举所有的 URL」—— 对。
> 我此前把爱丁堡跑出来的**结果**（跟了 117 个子域）写成了**要求**，导致 worker 去 sitemap 拉上万个 URL。
> **那是蛮力，不是方法。**

## 0. 目标
每所学校产出一份「**导师带的组**」清单，五字段：
`课题组名称` · `所在大学及研究中心` · `研究方向` · `联系邮箱` · `最近五年论文数`(暂 null)

## 1. 方法：**入口发现**（有限），不是 **URL 全量枚举**（几万）
### 数量级对照（实测）

### 步骤
1. **找学校官方的院系导航**
`…/faculties/`、`…/schools-departments/`、`…/about/structure`、`…/colleges-schools-and-departments`
⇒ 拿到**该校的院系全清单**（通常 10–60 个）。**这就是完备性的分母。**
2. **每个院系进它的 `/research`**（或 `/research/`、`/our-research`、`/research-and-innovation`）
3. **⭐ 在院系 research 页上找「组目录」** —— 这是整个方法的核心
识别特征（链接文字 / 页面标题 / 路径）：
- `research-groups` · `research-centres` · `centres` · `groups` · `institutes` · `labs`
- **最高价值：`每个组由一位 PI 带` 的目录**（表格或多行列表，几十到几百行）
- 页面原话常写作 **"each led by a Principal Investigator"** / "our research groups"
- 爱丁堡 Biology 这一个目录 = **140 条**（占全校 643 的近 1/4）
4. **目录条目 → 组自己的页面 → 取五字段**
5. **子域/外站**：**只在院系站的链接指向它时才跟**（如 `biology.ed.ac.uk`、`bristolmathsresearch.org`）。
**不是**去 sitemap 里搜子域列表。爱丁堡那 117 个子域是**跟出来的结果**，不是要去枚举的目标。

## 2. 判据：什么算「一个组」
> **打开页面像人一样看：这是不是一个「导师带的做研究的团队」？**
> **粒度上限 = 一个导师能带的规模。**

**共性是页面上有一句「非团队自述」—— 你去看那句话。**

## 3. 完备性门槛（**交付门槛，不是"尽量"**）
1. **院系台账**：`院系（全部）| research 入口 URL | 状态(取到/取不到+原因) | 组数`
—— **缺一行就是没做完**；`未取页 = 0`
2. **合理性校验**：`组数 ÷ 院系数`
—— 比值**荒谬地低** ⇒ 大概率漏了「组目录」这一层，**回头找目录**（不是去爬更多 URL）
3. 基准：Bristol ≈5.8/系 · Edinburgh ≈25.7/系（因校而异，只看是否荒谬地低）

## 4. 质量：**抽样验，不逐页核**（用户裁）
1. **启发式自动抽**（全量，不逐条判）
2. **随机抽 30 条**逐条开页面核 → **准确率** + **假阳性类型**
3. 准确率 **≥90% 且类型集中** ⇒ **定点修那一类，全量直接用**
⇒ **不要再逐页核**（"逐页核 643 条"是迂腐；改成抽样，一个数量级更快）
4. 省下的时间**全部用来把院系覆盖做全** —— 那才是真正的缺口

## 5. 并行安全（出过事故）
5 个 worker 曾**挤在同一个 Space 的同一个 page** 上，297 页跨校串页、整批作废。
- **每个 worker 自己新建 TaskSpace**（不要复用别人已有的）
- **每个 URL 独占 `newPage()`**，**不要共用 p1**
- **每取一页校验 `page.url()` 与目标一致**；不一致 ⇒ 废掉重取
- 成功收尾调一次 `await task.finish({ keep: [] })`；**因错误停止就别调**，把 `spaceId` 报上来

## 6. 反面清单（**不要做**）
- ❌ 从 sitemap 全量枚举 URL（上万个，绝大部分无关）
- ❌ 逐页核每一条（用抽样代替）
- ❌ 在解析器里写死「哪些名字算组」「哪些学校跳过」的名单（判据必须来自源站结构/页面内容）
- ❌ **把 Pure 当主源或唯一源**（⚠️ 2026-09-24 修正，见下）
- **已实证**：ANU 的 Pure 最细是 Department，导师个人页的 organisations 只有 1 个行政单位
⇒ **对 ANU 这类，Pure 里根本没有"组"这一层**，抽出来的全是组织架构
- **但同样已实证（巴斯）**：有 **11 个组只存在于 Pure**（RaCE / EMaCS / BathCTI / CSCT / CEI /
CREA / ADBL / MENASP / REVEAL …），**主站 sitemap 里没有任何对应页面**。
照"不用 Pure"字面执行会漏 11 组（119→108，−9.2%）
- ⇒ **正确规则（条件式）**：
**主源是院系站**（`院系导航 → /research/ → 组目录`）；
**Pure 作为补充源** —— 只在**同时满足**时收：① 源站 type ∈ 研究类
② 页面有具名负责人 ③ 粒度是一个导师能带的规模。
**既不当主源，也不整个不用。**
- 判别某校该不该用 Pure 补充：**看它 Pure 的 type facet 里有没有研究类 type**（Bristol/Bath 有；
ANU/Monash 没有）。没有 ⇒ 该校 Pure 对"组"零贡献。
- ❌ 用一条绝对规则套所有学校（**每一次"ANU 所以所有学校都这样"的推广，都在巴斯被证伪了**）

# 课题组逐院系 · 完备性重做 · 澳大利亚国立大学（ANU）· `anu.edu.au`
- 日期：2026-09-23 · 单校 · 只读 · ego-browser（**自建 TaskSpace 74**，每个 URL 独占一个新 `newPage()`，逐页校验 `page.url()`）+ curl 批量抓取做规模
- 前一轮：`finding_anu.md`（28 条，受时间盒截断，只到 centre/school 层）

## 0. 结论先行
**ANU 最终组数是 280。**
前一轮 28 条**是覆盖问题，不是判据问题**：它只收了 CASS 的 12 个 centre 与 science 的 3 个 institute，
完全没有进 **8 个院系自建的具名组目录**——
Research School of Biology（**73** 条，`/research/research-groups` A–Z 表 + 12 条 honorary）、
John Curtin School of Medical Research（**38** 条）、Research School of Physics（**28** 条，5 个系各自的下属 group 页）、
Research School of Chemistry（**26** 条）、NCEPH（**16** 条）、School of Computing（**13** 条）、
Research School of Earth Sciences（**12** 条）、School of Engineering（**11** 条）。
这 8 个入口本身就是「`X Group` / `X Lab` / `X 组` + 负责人 + 方向」的标准导师组，**不抓它们，数量永远对不上**。

## 1. 完备性台账（全部院系，共 62 个单位）
**合计：62 个院系/研究单位，逐页核实 **280** 个课题组（另有 51 条判为反例/大一级/未验，见 §5）；`未取页 = 1`（CDHR，页面空壳）、`URL 403 = 1`（RegNet /research），均附证据（见 §5）。**

ANU 的研究单位极度分散在子域上。本波实际抓到 **100 个 `*.anu.edu.au` 子域** 与 **41 个完全不在 `anu.edu.au` 下的外站**（其中 36 个是**组自有站点**）。

**兰卡斯特最终组数 188（22 个院系单位，组/系 ≈ 8.5）。前一轮 66 组 / 19 系 = 3.5，缺口约 2.8 倍，主因是"逐院系只抓第一层目录"。**
前一轮不是判据问题，是**覆盖问题**：
- 它只收了每个院系 research 页**第一层**列出的中心/学科组，完全没有进 **Physics 4 个 theme / Maths 2 个 theme / SCC 5 个 theme / Chemistry 3 个 theme / LEC 5 个 Research Grouping / Psychology 10 个 theme 的下层**，也没有用 **Pure（兰卡官方研究目录，404 个机构）** 做查漏。
- 该校真正的组有三类入口：① 院系 `/research/` 目录；② **院系 research 页里的 theme → 内层具名组**；③ **Pure organisations**（LIRA 10 个、Security Lancaster 12 个、DSAIL 4 个、Quantum Technology Centre 7 个、LUMS 系级组、HASS 语言/文学组等只在 Pure 里成体系列出）。

→ 得**候选 417 条**（另 Pure 侧 116、子域侧 14）。
**第二步（随机 30 条逐页开页面核）**：`lancaster_v2__sample30.md` 第一轮。
- 准确率 **16/29 = 55%**（判不准 1 条不计）。
- 假阳性**类型集中**：hub 子树内容页（event/workshop/newsletter/course/book-series/招生页）5 条、项目/倡议/theme/hub 4 条、系级页 1 条、死链/空壳 2 条、服务页 1 条。
**第三步（定点修那一类，全量直接用）**：

**方法对齐（METHOD.md，2026-09-24 更正）**：本波主源就是「官方院系导航 → 各院系 `/research/` → 组目录」；sitemap 只作**完备性兜底**（确认没有 `未取页`），不是替代目录。按 METHOD.md 的组目录复核后，另有 **5 条只在院系组目录里出现的实体**（CeMoRe、The Pentland Centre、Centre for Marketing Analytics and Forecasting、CREST、Centre for Practice Theory at Lancaster）在抽样后补入并逐页复核（4 TRUE + CREST 为 JS 站，由目录 + curl 正文支撑）⇒ 最终 **188**。兰卡**没有**爱丁堡 Biology 那种「一个目录 = 140 条 PI 组」的巨型目录；它的 PI 组级枚举分散在 **Pure organisations（404）** 与各院系 research 子树里，两者本波都已取全。

## 0. 结论先行
> ⚠️ 本报告在收尾时收到 Manager 更正（`METHOD.md`）：**「组目录」优先，不枚举全站 URL；theme/cluster 不收**。下文已按更正经口径重排：**主名单 = 123 条「具名单元」**（页面自述 group / lab / centre / institute / unit / network / cluster，且有方向、有成员/负责人）；**另 223 条院系 theme / research-area 作为附录候选**（`record_level=theme_area`），不计入主数。
**这所学校最终「具名单元」是 123，另加 223 条院系最细一层研究方向（附录）。**
前一轮 80 组的**根因不是判据，是覆盖**：它止步于「院系 research 首页列出的中心/主题」，而约克真正的大头在**下一层与组目录**——
**York Biomedical Research Institute（YBRI）**（页面原文 `We host over 100 principal investigators`；本次逐页收 37 条，每条页面原文 `Lead researcher: Professor …`，**这就是 PI 组目录**）、
**Computer Science `/research/groups/`**（**9 个 `X Research Group` 的完整组目录**）、
**Health Sciences**（页面原文 `We conduct research within our six core research groups`）、
**Hull York Medical School `/research/research-centres-and-groups/`**（**11 条 centres/groups**）、

**关键结论（与爱丁堡同类）**：约克只有 **YBRI / CS / Health Sciences / HYMS / Psychology Lab** 五处存在真正的「组目录」；其余院系（Physics / Maths / Biology / Chemistry / English / History / Philosophy / EGS / …）**把研究组织到 `theme` / `research area` 一级为止**，其下**没有**更细的独立组页（逐系原文证据见 §3）。本报告把这一层作为附录交付，并明确标注，不静默混入主数。

- **组/系 = 123 ÷ 41 ≈ 3.0**（含附录 346 ÷ 41 ≈ 8.4）。基准：布里斯托 ≈5.8 / 爱丁堡 ≈25.7。
- **≈3.0 低于布里斯托基准**，按 `METHOD.md` §3「比值荒谬地低 ⇒ 回头找组目录」，已逐系回头找过：**约克只有 5 处组目录（YBRI / CS / Health Sciences / HYMS / Psychology Lab）**；其余院系的下一层**不存在**独立的具名组页（逐系原文证据见下表）。这是**允许的结论**（台账里逐系写了 `无组目录`）。

- 抽样：固定种子 `20260923`，从 346 条随机抽 30；ego-browser 每条独占 `newPage()`，**30/30 `page.url()` 校验通过**（2 条为同页规范化跳转）。
- **严格口径准确率 = 24/30 = 80%**（只算具名组/中心/实验室/网络）
- **宽松口径 = 27/30 = 90%**（把院系最细层方向页计入，排除项目与大一级研究所）
